Check out 11am, check in 4pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Great pains have been taken to see that the casitas are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. All are located within a few feet of the beach, and there are decks, secluded patio areas, and lots of places to sit, relax, read, or enjoy the gulf or desert scenery. The villa has more than 20 french doors to maximize the view, openness, and enjoy the fresh breezes of the afternoons, and all have air conditioning.

The
downstairs casitas have walls 18 “ thick , built of canterra rock. They
both have full kitchens and dining areas.
Both casitas are furnished with a double bed, single bed and queen size
futon. Each casita has an
armoire, ceiling fans, and bathroom with shower.
There is a patio with lounging furniture in front of each casita .
A tiled patio separates each casita from the central building.

The
upstairs casitas are wood framed.
Each casita has a double bed, single bed, and storage unit.
There is a small kitchen in each casita consisting of a refrigerator,
sink, and two burner cooking unit. Each
unit has a table and chairs, a deck facing the water, as well as a side
deck for privacy.

The
3 bedroom, two bath house is on the second story with beautiful views of the
water and desert. Each bedroom
has two double beds. There
is a fully equipped kitchen as well as living room with couch and table and
chairs. There is a deck facing
the water and a back deck facing the desert.

There is an additional sleeping only unit. This is a two story, two bedroom unit. Each side of the unit has two double beds downstairs, and two upstairs. Each side has a shower and storage units. The Villa can accommodate groups up to 45 people. (each side, $60/day, $350/week)

Located between the casitas is a central building with a large patio in front facing the water. On the patio and surrounding sand are tables and chairs, an outside shower, and numerous swings. To the sides of the patio are an outdoor charcoal BBQ, and smoker. The opposite side has a bar area with full kitchen facilities. A firepit is in an area close to the water . The new cantina has a large gas grill, bar, and two tables. There are two palapas on the beach with a picnic table, swing, and two chaise lounges.

Downstairs in the central casa is a kitchen and dining area, that may be reserved by guests for dinner parties, or used as a gathering place. It has satellite TV, game tables, books and videos that may be used by guests.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor of the central casa is a large viewing deck. The two bedrooms upstairs are the owners loft.
We have five resident dogs and seven cats that live here. They are very friendly and love to have guests!
