 We have:

-An 18 foot panga. Deposit is required to confirm reservation and arrangements must be made for full payment prior to coming down. No refunds if plans change, but you will be given a credit for future stays.  
 

-A 23 foot cabin cruiser with bathroom. This boat has ship to shore radio, GPS, Fish Finder, Live bait tank. All gear and bait provided. Cleaning of catch provided if requested. Can accommodate up to eight people. Comes with local captain/guide.

-Scuba diving now available! We have a compressor, tanks, wetsuits, snorkels, fins, and weights.

The Villa also stocks a large variety of board games, such as cards, Risk, Monopoly, Sorry, Chess, Checkers, Trivial Pursuit and many, many others. And the kids love the arcade foosball game! 

Extras

The many things the Villa offers included in the rent are too numerous to mention, but a few of the most popular with guests are listed here:  

Barbeques – There are two large outdoor BBQs (one charcoal, one gas) in the front area between the Villa and the beach. They are complete with electricity, running water and all necessary utensils are provided.  Many a fish caught in the morning has been prepared there for the evening meal.

Outdoor Bar – Available for guest use.  Includes water, electricity, stove,  and a variety of small appliances.  It is a very pleasant place to have coffee in the morning, or view the sunset with an ice cold drink in the evening.  A popular gathering spot!

Smoker – A large, professional quality smoker is located in the building housing the BBQ.  It is available for guest use.

Extra Freezer for Fish – There is a large chest-type freezer that can be used by fishermen to store their catch prior to departure.

Video and Book Library – There are videos and books available from our small but growing library.  Many of these are related to the gulf, and Baja, both educational and recreational.  We are adding more tapes and books all the time.

Maid Service – There is maid service provided for longer stays, and extra maid service can be arranged for things such as washing dishes.

Mexican “Cocineras” – Some of the ladies living in the town can REALLY cook!  It is possible to arrange for a local person to both buy and prepare food for a Mexican feast.
